At Ossett Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund for any quality-related issues.
Return Process

For any damaged goods or transit issues, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim quickly.

Our quality control team will review your request and provide a return authorization number or confirm if a replacement is being dispatched.
- 4.Secure Packaging
If a physical return is required, ensure the items are securely packed in their original box to prevent further damage during transit back to the brewery.
